ABIBOO Architecture designed the ‘House C’ in Madrid, Spain.

Description from the architects:

This villa is located in an exclusive compound in a residential area in Madrid on a site next to a golf course and with excellent views of the mountains. The house includes different spaces for a 5 member family including library, home theater, playing area or outerdoor sports, among others. The total build up area is 13,000 sq. ft. (1.200 m2).

The villa is located in the center of the plot protected and integrated with the century-old trees that currently exist at the site. Also like a tree the house is organized along a central area that becomes the vertical core of the villa. The rest of the spaces, very clearly identified from the outside orient themselves to ensure views of some of the many interesting spots around the site. The integration with the topography and the landscape of each single space at the villa is one of the most important characteristics of this house.
